GC -MS ANALYSIS OF EUPHORIA LONGAN LEAVES

ABSTRACT

The investigation was carried out to determine the possible chemical components from Euphoria longan leaves using GC-MS. GC-MS analysis of essential oils led to identification of 25 compounds . This analysIs revealed that contains Euphoria longan leaves mainly n-Hexadecanoic acid ,9,12-Octadecadienoic acid.

KEY WORDS : Euphoria longan , GC-MS analysis, n-Hexadecanoic acid ,9,12-Octadecadienoic acid.
